How Much Does a Mobile Coffee Cart Cost? A Real Pricing Breakdown for East Tennessee Events
If you've started planning an event in Knoxville, Chattanooga, or anywhere across East Tennessee, whether it's a corporate event, a brand activation, or a wedding, you've probably typed some version of "how much does a coffee cart cost" into Google and gotten a wall of vague answers. We'd rather just tell you straight.
The short answer
Packages start at $650 for one hour, and include the cart, a professional barista, a full coffee bar menu, and unlimited drinks for the time you book — one barista comfortably serves 50-60+ drinks an hour. There's no separate equipment fee, no hidden staffing charge, and no surprise add-ons once you've committed to a date.
This breakdown covers our standard espresso cart — what most weddings, corporate events, and brand activations book. We also offer a tap cart for high-volume events, reach out and we'll walk you through it.

What actually changes your price
1. How long you book us
Time is the main thing that moves your price — not how many cups get poured, since drinks are unlimited for the hours you book. You book us for the time you want us there, and we'll make sure we can realistically serve all your guests during that time. The first hour starts at $650, and each additional hour at $250.
2. Guest count, sometimes
Because drinks are unlimited, guest count usually isn't what drives your price — booking enough time is. For most events, the answer is simply booking more hours. But if you're serving a big crowd in a tight window, we might recommend extra time, a second barista, or both to keep the line moving.
You won't have to figure this out on your own. When you request a quote, we'll talk through your event and help you choose the setup that actually fits what your event needs.
3. Travel
Travel fees will sometimes apply, and will be included in your quote before you book — never added after the fact.
4. Your Personal Touch
A custom cart, branded cups and menus, a custom menu, logos printed on drinks, or other personal touches are all add-ons available beyond the base package — whether you're a corporate organizer wanting your brand front and center, or a couple wanting your wedding day to feel unmistakably yours. The standard package covers everything you need; but we have options if you want to make it a little more your own.
What we don't do
We don't quote a low number to get you on the phone and tack on fees later. We don't charge separately for the cart, the barista, or the menu — it's all in the one price. We don’t make it complicated and we don't make you guess what you're getting.
What's in your quote is what you get — nothing extra shows up later.
How to get your real number
The fastest way to know your exact cost is to submit a quote request, and we'll have a proposal back to you within minutes during business hours.
Whatever your event, wherever you are in East Tennessee — we get it, and we'll send you a real number that actually fits what you're planning, fast.
