Large-event pricing at The Coffee Cart is structured differently than our standard packages — a setup fee plus a per-keg rate that scales with your guest count and event length, so you're only paying for the volume you actually need. Standard requirements are a level surface and standard electrical access per station. For high-volume or full-day events anywhere in East Tennessee, we also need enough on-site space to stage extra kegs, refrigeration, and cooler capacity — that's the piece we plan around most for bigger events, since it's what lets us sustain service through hour six, not just hour one.
