Your Event Requirements

✔️ Access to the venue 75 to 90 minutes before service

✔️ Name and cell number of on-site contact person

✔️ Wheelchair accessible service location

✔️ Setup area of 5 feet by 5 feet

✔️ One (1) dedicated 15 amp circuit, 120* volt per cart

If Outdoors

✔️ A hard, level 5x5-foot surface for each cart

✔️ A covering or awning for shade or weather protection

✔️ If temperatures drop below 40°F, a semi-enclosed service space and a heater
